Two trips to choose from

Normandy is unlike anywhere else. It’s a place where the whispers of history meet rolling green countrysides and postcard worthy coastal views. On this trip, you’ll walk the sands of the D-Day beaches, pay your respects at the American Cemetery, and experience the moments that shaped our world.

But Normandy is so much more than its historic past. It offers colorful seaside towns, sunny orchards with French cider, historic cobblestone streets, delicious regional cuisine and the best local wine. You get to experience it all! This journey blends reflection, connection, and the joy of discovering a region full of life. It’s an experience you will carry with you forever. But space is limited so don’t wait!

Unforgettable Historic Adventure!

Get ready for powerful stories, quiet beaches, and the kind of beauty that takes you by surprise. 🇫🇷 Normandy isn’t a place you visit. It’s a place you feel. You’ll walk the sands of Omaha Beach, honor the heroes at the American Cemetery, and then step into a completely different side of Normandy: charming harbor towns, local markets overflowing with color, cozy cafés, and cliffside views. Hand Picked Stays

Good news you have two options!

We're offering this Normandy adventure on two different dates, with the exact same itinerary. The walks, sightseeing, experiences, meals, and memories we'll make together won't change.

What does change is where we'll be staying. Our September group will call Deauville home, while our October group will be based in Caen.

You may also notice a difference in price between the two dates. That's simply a reflection of the hotel accommodations and the month in which we're traveling (October is considered shoulder season). Everything else about the experience remains the same.

Both are wonderful locations and great places to come back to after a day of exploring. Take a look below and see which one feels like the perfect fit for your Normandy adventure with friends.

Group 1: September 12-19, 2027
HOTEL: Hôtel Barrière L'Hôtel du Golf
$5,450 p/p

Our home for the next seven nights is the beautiful Hôtel Barrière L'Hôtel du Golf, overlooking Deauville and the Normandy countryside. Group 2: October 10-17, 2027
HOTEL: Best Western Plus Le Moderne
$4,970 p/p

Our home in Caen is the Best Western Plus Le Moderne, a comfortable and centrally located hotel that puts us right in the heart of the city. With shops, cafés, historic sites, and lively streets just steps away, it's the perfect base for exploring this fascinating region of Normandy. After a day of sightseeing, you'll appreciate returning to a welcoming hotel where everything you need is within easy walking distance.

FYI: We stayed here a few years ago. It’s was great!

A Peek at Our Normandy Adventure

Get ready for 8 unforgettable days exploring one our favorite region in all of France. Together we'll walk in the footsteps of history, wander through charming villages, and soak in stunning coastal scenery with new friends who love adventure just as much as you do. It’s so much more than a vacation! It's a chance to experience Normandy in a much deeper, more personal way.

DAY 1 - Bienvenue en France!

🍴Included Meals: Dinner with wine

After arriving in Paris, we'll meet up with our fellow travelers and begin our journey to Normandy. Along the way, we'll stop in the charming village of Giverny, known as the home of Claude Monet, where we'll enjoy our first dinner together and start getting to know each other.

From there, we'll continue through the beautiful Normandy countryside to our hotel, which will be our home for the next seven nights. Settle in, get comfortable, and get ready for an unforgettable week of history, culture, incredible scenery, and new friendships.

DAY 2 - Caen

🍴Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Today, we'll step back in time as we explore the historic city of Caen. Our expert local guide will guide us as we uncover stories of William the Conqueror, visit the impressive Château de Caen, and gain a deeper understanding of the people and events that helped shape Normandy and Europe.

Later, we'll visit the Caen Memorial Museum, where powerful exhibits bring the story of World War II to life and provide important context for the places we'll visit throughout the week. After a day filled with history and discovery, we'll return to our hotel to relax and enjoy the evening at our own pace.

DAY 3 - D-Day Landing Beaches

🍴Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Today is one of the most meaningful days of our journey as we visit the sites connected to the D-Day landings on June 6, 1944. Accompanied by a local expert, we'll gain a deeper understanding of the courage, sacrifice, and determination that helped change the course of history.

Together we'll visit Pointe du Hoc, Utah Beach, and the Normandy American Cemetery overlooking Omaha Beach. As we walk these hallowed grounds, there will be time to learn, reflect, and honor the thousands of service members who gave so much for the freedoms we enjoy today. It's a powerful day that will stay with you long after our journey through Normandy comes to an end.

DAY 4 - Airborne Heroes

🍴Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Today we'll continue exploring the stories behind D-Day as we visit several of Normandy's most fascinating and moving sites. From the seaside town of Arromanches, where the remains of the remarkable Mulberry Harbor still sit offshore, to Sainte-Mère-Église, one of the first towns liberated on D-Day, we'll gain a deeper understanding of the planning, ingenuity, and courage that made the Allied invasion possible.

Along the way, we'll visit the Airborne Museum and the German War Cemetery at Le Cambe, where we'll be reminded that history is often more complex and more human than we imagine. It's a day filled with powerful stories, meaningful moments, and a deeper appreciation for the events that shaped the world we know today.

DAY 5 - Free Day or Bonus Excursion

🍴Included Meals: Breakfast

Today is all about choice. You can spend the day exploring Normandy at your own pace. Stroll through charming towns, visit museums, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local café, or simply soak in the atmosphere of this beautiful region.

For those looking to add another unforgettable experience to their journey, an optional excursion to the iconic Mont Saint Michel will be available. This stunning island abbey, rising dramatically from the surrounding tides, is one of France's most recognizable landmarks and offers a fascinating blend of history, architecture, and breathtaking scenery.

If you'd like to spend more time exploring the history of D-Day, this is the perfect day to do it. Whether you choose to hire a guide, revisit the beaches on your own, or explore some of the many museums and memorials throughout the region, we want you to have every opportunity to experience these historic sites at your own pace and spend as much time there as you need.

Whether you choose independent exploration or the optional excursion, today is yours to enjoy however you wish.

DAY 6 - Coastal Beauty

🍴Included Meals: Breakfast

Today we'll experience a different side of Normandy as we explore some of the region's most beautiful coastal towns. From the elegant seaside charm of Cabourg and Deauville to the colorful harbor of Honfleur, this is a day filled with stunning scenery, local culture, and plenty of time to simply enjoy the moment with friends.

We'll stroll waterfront promenades, wander charming streets, browse local shops, and soak in the atmosphere that has inspired artists and travelers for generations. With free time to enjoy lunch on your own and explore at a relaxed pace, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the beauty and charm of Normandy's coast.

DAY 7 - Norman Countryside

🍴Included Meals: Breakfast, Dinner with wine

Enjoy a leisurely morning to relax, explore on your own, or savor one last unhurried taste of Normandy. Later, we'll head into the beautiful Norman countryside, where rolling orchards and generations of tradition have helped shape the region's culture and cuisine.

Our afternoon includes a visit to a local cider and Calvados producer, where we'll learn about the craftsmanship behind these Norman specialties and enjoy a tasting of the region's most famous flavors.

For our final night we will come together for a Celebration Dinner. Over great food, local wine, and plenty of laughter, we'll share memories from the week and toast the friendships, experiences, and unforgettable moments that made this Normandy adventure so special.

DAY 8 - Au Revoir

🍴Included Meals: Breakfast

After breakfast, we'll begin our journey back to Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport. As we make our way home, you'll have time to reflect on the incredible places we've visited, the stories we've uncovered, and the friendships we've built along the way.

While our time together may be coming to an end, we hope you'll leave with lasting memories, new friendships, and a deeper appreciation for the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women whose actions on the beaches of Normandy helped shape the world we live in today.

YOUR Normandy trip of a lifetime!

Inspirational quote about travel, reading, and passports with a black background and brown text.
A woman and a man standing outdoors behind an empty picture frame, smiling at the camera. The woman has blonde hair and is wearing a light pink jacket with arms raised. The man has short blonde hair, is wearing a navy blue jacket, and has his arms crossed. There are trees and mountains in the background, with a partly cloudy sky.

And we're on a mission to prove that your travel dreams are closer than you think. Sometimes all it takes is someone to help you take that first step.
