RV checklists are essential for even the most experienced RVer. Checklists can prevent costly mistakes and injury as you set up or breakdown your RV. There are many types of checklists available to download and check off. We even have several that you can download for free here. Today we will show you another option to keep you safe before you hit the road.
Easier RV checklist
What have we been using for our RV checklist since we hit the road? SLAP WRIST BRACELETS! Yes, that’s right, slap wrist bracelets from our childhood. They are easy to use and don’t require printing or an ink pen! Creating this checklist is easy as 1-2-3!
Create RV Checklist
Write your checklist item on the bracelet with a permanent marker.
Slap the bracelets onto your steering wheel.
Remove bracelets as the item is completed.
No Steering wheel?
I know what you are saying. I have a 5th wheel or a travel trailer, so I don’t have a steering wheel. But you can still use this simple checklist. Many times we don’t put the bracelets on our steering wheel. Instead, we just lay them out and move them to a done pile once completed.

Create two separate checklists, one for setup and one for breakdown. You could also number them if you want to do them in a specific order. There is no end to the ways you could use these inexpensive bracelets for your safety checks and RV reminders!
